How to work with TianCheng

To ensure smooth and predictable cooperation, we follow a structured six-step production process tailored to the FOB partnership. 1. Process Assessment

Upon receipt of your product needs, we immediately start a professional technical assessment, including material adaptation analysis, mold feasibility verification and production cycle estimation, and provide detailed FOB quotation scheme accordingly.

2. Development Mold

After the two sides confirm the technical parameters, the engineering team will carry out mold design and manufacturing, complete precision steel mold production and conduct the first test production, to ensure that the mold meets the mass production standards.

3. Sample Verification

▾

Deliver the first engineering gifts for your use, reaction reaction line mold process and will ultimately get your best results.

4. Mass Production Execution

▾

Start mass production, strictly implement process parameter control, synchronize the whole process quality monitoring, each batch of products must pass the size detection, physical performance test and appearance inspection procedure.

5. Factory Quality Inspection

▾

All finished products must pass final quality review before leaving factory, including functional stability testing, packaging compliance inspection and batch consistency verification, quality inspection and qualified products enter the factory preparation process.

6. Delivery Execution

▾

Quality inspection and qualification products are completed in the agreed loading port in accordance with FOB terms, waiting for your designated cargo forwarding arrangement for shipping, we will provide the full set of export documents support in the synchronization of the shipment.
